Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales (Voice Process Only)
Languages Required: Tamil or Malayalam or Telugu
Qualification: Graduate
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic voice sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, building strong relationships, addressing objections effectively, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu, along with proven experience in voice-based telesales.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to promote products and services.
Clearly explain offerings and negotiate deals with potential customers.
Handle objections professionally and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Build rapport and maintain trust with customers through empathetic and engaging communication.
Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a personalized experience.
Use CRM tools to manage customer data and track interactions.
Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all conversations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based telesales or cold calling.
Fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections with patience and professionalism.
Experience using smartphones and CRM platforms.
Graduate in any discipline .
