Madura Associates, an official associate of SBI Bank, is seeking talented and dynamic Female Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for pitching loans to potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products.
  • Explain the features and benefits of the loans offered by SBI Bank through Madura Associates.
  • Assess the financial needs of customers and suggest appropriate loan options.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing accurate information and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of deals.
  • Stay updated on SBI Bank's loan products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and loan products preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated individual.
  • Any Degree
  • Female candidates preferred.
