We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Fe-male tele sales executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers from a pre-provided database, engaging them with our products/services, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet targets efficiently.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Outbound Sales Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database to generate leads and close sales.
2.Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, handle queries effectively, and provide tailored solutions to boost sales conversions.
3.Sales Pitch & Persuasion: Deliver a well-structured and persuasive sales pitch to increase customer interest and maximize sales.
4.Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers who have shown interest in the product/service.
5.Customized Sales Strategies: Analyze customer segments and tailor sales approaches to effectively address the unique needs and preferences of each group, thereby enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
6.Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
7.Responding to Client Requests for Proposals (RFPs): Address incoming client inquiries related to proposals, ensuring accurate and timely responses to support business opportunities.
8.Database Management: Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
9.Handling Objections: Overcome customer objections and provide compelling reasons to purchase the product/service.
10.Collaboration: Work closely with the backend and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and lead conversion.
11.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call status, lead conversion rates, and sales performance.
12.Feedback Sharing: Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, objections, and market trends to help improve the sales process.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1.Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in tele sales, tele calling, or outbound sales.
2.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in [Specify Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language].
3.Sales Orientation: Must be target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about closing sales.
4.CRM & Reporting: Experience with CRM software and ability to maintain call logs and reports.
5.Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
6.Confidence & Persistence: Should have a confident personality with the ability to handle customer objections and rejections positively.
