The successful candidate will engage with qualified leads and existing clients over the phone, understand their holiday aspirations, and convert these conversations into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to qualified warm leads generated by marketing efforts, as well as occasional cold calls to prospective clients, to promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Consultative Selling: Engage clients in conversation to understand their travel needs, preferences, budget, and recommend tailored travel solutions and packages.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive, up-to-date knowledge of popular destinations, travel regulations, company products, promotions, and industry trends to advise clients accurately.
- Booking and Administration: Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring all details are accurate, processing payments, and updating the CRM system with detailed interactions and sales activity.
- Objection Handling & Negotiation: Professionally address customer questions, concerns, and objections related to pricing, itineraries, or travel restrictions to close sales effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling of travel insurance or additional services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of booked itineraries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or Travel Agent is often preferred. Experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a major plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, a clear and professional phone voice, and strong persuasive writing skills.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales track record, negotiation abilities, and the resilience to handle rejection in a target-driven environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software. Travel booking systems, and standard Microsoft Office tools.

- A genuine passion for travel and exploring new destinations.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
