Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws.

Prepare and file annual returns related to payroll taxes and other statutory requirements.

Manage and maintain employee attendance records.

Prepare and submit Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) challans.

Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and Professional Tax (PT) compliance.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and laws.

Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.

Experience working with large-scale payroll systems.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
