We're currently looking for a
Payroll Operations Specialist (Non-US)
to join our fast-paced and collaborative environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our international entities in partnership with our managed service providers.

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years

Qualification: Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a global or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday and ADP systems (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate, review, and approve monthly or semi-monthly payrolls for non-US regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage off-cycle and special payments, including bonuses, commissions, and severance.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance on employee data, benefits, and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across multiple countries.
