Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in South Tamilnadu The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations within the region. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and sales strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
