Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager - RPO Sales at Talentor Edge located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Tasks include identifying business opportunities, crafting sales pitches, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves customer engagement, contract negotiation, and client consultancy to provide tailored HR solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and RPO services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
