Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram for a Co-founder with an investment requirement of 40-45 Lakh INR in exchange for 20% equity. The Co-founder will work collaboratively to shape and implement the company's strategic vision while managing daily operations. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, building partnerships, overseeing financial decisions, and mentoring the team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to drive innovation and lead the company toward future success.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships, negotiating, and leading teams.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to develop strategies, attract customers, and promote the services.
  • Strong leadership abilities with entrepreneurial thinking and a vision for growth to contribute to the company's success.
  • Prior experience in business development, operations, or start-ups is preferred.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
