Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Co-founder with investment. As a Co-founder, you will take a strategic leadership position in the company and contribute both financially (₹25-30 Lakh for a 15% equity stake) and operationally. Key responsibilities include driving growth, managing key business operations, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, and working to expand service offerings. A hands-on approach and collaboration with the existing team will be required to scale the business effectively.

  • Exceptional Communication and Leadership skills to collaborate with teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth
  • Financial acumen to manage investment and allocate resources effectively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for scaling startups
  • Previous exposure to home service or tech-enabled marketplaces is a plus
