We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Recruiter to lead our on-ground hiring efforts for blue-collar roles. This position is heavily field-oriented and requires someone who is proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working outside the office to build a strong pipeline of workers such as delivery riders, laundry attendants, production staff, and other operational team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to local markets, labour hubs, institutes, and communities to source candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through on-the-spot interviews
  • Build and maintain a reliable network for continuous manpower sourcing
  • Coordinate walk-ins and ensure candidate attendance for interviews
  • Maintain an active pipeline for urgent and ongoing hiring needs
  • Collaborate with the HR team to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports of field activities and closures

Requirements

  • Prior experience in blue-collar or volume hiring preferred
  • Strong field presence and willingness to travel extensively (70–80% of the day)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Ability to manage conversations with candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance will be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹22,000.00 per month
