Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities also include developing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will aim to attract top talent to meet the company's hiring goals and support long-term team growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment to ensure the selection of high-potential candidates
  • Experience with Employer Branding and effective communication of the organization's value proposition
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers during the Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry-specific hiring practices and trends is a plus
