Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Blue Collar Recruiter. The role is based in Noida. The Blue Collar Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring blue collar workers for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include job posting, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, specifically for blue collar roles
  • Excellent screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment abilities
  • Effective relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment, particularly in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
