Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for direct sales of water purification and cooling products in the Varanasi region. The role involves visiting schools, colleges, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and similar institutions to promote and sell our products. This is a field-based job with performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily field visits to potential customers (schools, colleges, hotels, restaurants, etc.) in the Varanasi region
- Pitch and explain suitable water purifiers, RO plants, and coolers based on customer needs
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into sales
- Prepare and share quotations, and negotiate terms with clients
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer interaction records and report daily activities to the Sales Manager
- Provide basic post-sales support and build customer relationships
- Understand the local market and gather feedback from the field
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Experience: 0–3 years in field sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Must have own two-wheeler and smartphone
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on-ground
- Knowledge of water purifiers or appliances is a plus but not mandatory
