🎯 Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) who is passionate about sales, relationship-building, and driving growth in the cloud communication industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development / SaaS / telecom solutions and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.


📌 Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Cloud Call Center & SaaS domain.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to showcase CallerDesk’s value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.


✅ Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Preferred: Experience in Cloud Telephony, SaaS, ITES, or Telecom industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
