You will collaborate closely with technical teams and leadership to align client needs with our solutions and services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancyDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leadersLead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closureCollaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunitiesTrack market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategyMeet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targetsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clientsStrong network of decision-makers across industries (preferred)Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamNice to HaveExperience selling consulting services (not just software licenses)Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)Exposure to emerging areas like Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Advanced AnalyticsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with cutting-edge Data & AI projectsCollaborative and innovative culture with flat hierarchyCareer growth in a high-demand and future-focused industry
