About the Role:

We are redefining how design and creativity reach customers through a strong D2C model. With a rapidly expanding consumer base, we are now looking for an experienced Chief of Operations who can bring operational excellence, scalability, and process innovation to our fast-growing business. The Chief of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the entire D2C operations ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution from warehouse to customer. This role demands a strong leader with proven expertise in warehouse management systems, supply chain optimization, inventory forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations and fulfillment for D2C channels, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement scalable SOPs across warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of warehouse management systems (WMS) and adopt new technologies to improve accuracy and speed.
  • Optimize supply chain costs by building partnerships with logistics providers and implementing cost-control strategies.
  • Drive operational excellence through data-driven insights, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead, train, and manage a strong team of 20+ professionals across warehouse and logistics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion strategies, automation, and new market entry plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in D2C operations, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operations software.
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
  • Hands-on experience in managing warehousing, logistics, and last-mile operations.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
