Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing customer relations to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving support issues promptly and effectively. The role involves account management tasks, analyzing customer feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience. You will develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term success with our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve customer challenges
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
