Sales/Customer Success Executive

Position Overview: As a Sales/Customer Success Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving sales conversions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing customer relationships. You will be responsible for proactively calling customers to convert, also respond to customers to complaints, queries and feedback. They also have to convert Return to Order (RTO) cases, upselling customers, optimizing delivery operations, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibility :
• Oversee the delivery process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Track and monitor deliveries to meet service level agreements and exceed customer expectations.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A positive outlook with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
