Key Responsibilities

Vendor Acquisition & Sales:

  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to identify and qualify potential vendors and sellers.
  • Onboard new vendors onto our e-commerce platform, guiding them through the registration and product listing process.
  • Actively work to convert potential leads generated through various channels into active, selling vendors.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and compelling product content (descriptions, images, pricing) is listed on the website.

Operations & Logistics:

  • Manage and oversee the operational aspects related to AWB (Air Waybill) generation and tracking.
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate shipping of goods, maintaining high standards for delivery at the right time and to the correct destination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or operational issues that arise during the shipping process.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in e-commerce, sales, business development, or logistics/operations.
  • Proven ability and willingness to execute cold calling and vendor/client acquisition.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills for effective lead conversion and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations, including logistics, shipping, and AWB processes is highly desirable.
  • A self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
