Senior Sales Executive – Delhi (North India Region)
Location: Delhi
Industry Preference: HoReCa / Coffee Industry
About the Role:We're looking for dynamic and passionate Senior Sales professionals to lead Ideal Coffee Machines growth in North India. As part of our core sales team, you will work closely with cafés, hotels, and restaurant owners to promote our range of high-end espresso machines and coffee solutions. You'll be the face of Ideal in the region , driving partnerships, managing key accounts .
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers at the Experience Centre and provide detailed product consultations.
- Conduct live coffee machine demonstrations and explain machine features, technology, and suitability as per customer needs.
- Generate new leads through visits, networking, and partnerships with cafes, hotels, and restaurant chains.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure long-term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with baristas, consultants, and cafe designers for new project developments and installations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured planning and consistent field activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–7 years of B2B sales experience in coffee, beverage, or HoReCa equipment.
- Strong business network in the hospitality and coffee ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, persuasive, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable with travel and client meetings across India.
