Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
1.
Conduct outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources.
2.
Schedule site visits with prospective customers to showcase our properties.
Inbound Calls:
1.
Handle inbound calls from prospective customers, providing information about our projects.
2.
Assist in scheduling site visits and appointments as per customer inquiries.
Other responsibilities:
1.
Ensure a maximum number of appointments are made each month.
2.
Provide a maximum number of appointments to the sales executives, ensuring their productivity.
3.
Maintain the quality of appointments provided to the sales team
4.
Maintain lead management tools and ensure a smooth process for lead flow
5.
Coordinate regularly with the marketing team and sales team.
6.
Strong reporting skills.
Requirements and Skills:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling Sales operations, preferably in real estate, bank sales, property sales, or banking product sales.
· Proficient spoken skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages.
· Previous experience in a telesales department is preferred.
· Educational requirement: 10+2.
· Location: Ahmedabad, Satellite, Gujarat.
