We are looking for a proactive and creative
Brand Marketing Executive
to manage and execute marketing initiatives across both
retail stores
and
online platforms
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign planning, store events, social media, WhatsApp broadcasts, and brand collaborations. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving footfall and online traffic, and engaging customers across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for
    retail outlets and online platforms
    .
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels to optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.

Retail Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute
    in-store events
    , product launches, and promotions to drive footfall and customer engagement.
  • Liaise with store managers and visual merchandisers to align event execution with brand guidelines.
  • Track and report event success metrics.

WhatsApp Broadcast Marketing

  • Manage the creation and scheduling of
    WhatsApp broadcast messages
    to promote offers, new arrivals, and events.
  • Maintain and segment WhatsApp customer database.
  • Ensure message design is aligned with brand tone and optimized for conversions.

Social Media Management

  • Assist in content planning, creation, and publishing across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Brand Collaborations

  • Identify and engage with complementary
    brands for co-branded campaigns
    , events, or promotions.
  • Manage collaboration timelines, communications, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all partnerships align with brand values and appeal to the target audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience organizing
    retail events
    and executing
    online marketing campaigns
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    WhatsApp for Business
    , social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
