Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Maharashtra and nearby states, focusing on both new client acquisition and existing account management.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos across different cities within the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Up to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and nearby states.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
