Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Regions:


• Maharashtra


• Telangana


• West Bengal


• Odisha

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' Experience in FMCG/Supplement Sales.

Reports To: National Sales Head

Team Handling: ASM / SO / Distributor Partners

Key Responsibilities


• Lead sales operations and market expansion across assigned states.


• Appoint, manage & grow distributors and super-stockists.


• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.


• Implement trade schemes, merchandising & visibility initiatives.


• Build and mentor high-performing sales teams (ASM/SO).


• Conduct market audits, competitor analysis, and route planning.


• Ensure efficient secondary & tertiary sales tracking.

Candidate Profile


• Proven experience as RSM / Senior ASM in FMCG/ Supplement Industry.


• Strong network with distributors & retail channels in Maharashtra/Telangana/West Bengal/Odisha.


• Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills.


• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
