Pre Sales Intern

Role & responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential customers and partners.
- Generate and qualify leads to feed into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update the sales tracker with daily lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
- Coordinate and support logistics of materials and workforce for ongoing projects.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with prospects.
- Work closely with the business development team to execute campaigns and track results.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline progress.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and ensure a positive experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with the ability to handle objections.
- A persuasive and confident personality with good listening skills.
- Smart, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organized records of sales activity.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
- Previous internship/experience in sales, telecalling, or pre-sales is an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
- Owns a laptop and preferably a two-wheeler.
