Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and passionate
Business Development Executive
to drive growth and build strong client relationships for our architecture and design firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting marketing efforts to expand our client base.

Role Description

  • Identify and research potential clients, projects, and partnership opportunities in the architecture and construction sector.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, digital outreach, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop effective business strategies and promotional materials.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups and post-project engagement.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in real estate, interior design, and construction industries.
  • Support project acquisition efforts through RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions.
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports on lead progress and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in architecture, interiors, or construction).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of architectural drawings, design processes, and project life cycles.
  • Experience working with architects, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and B2B sales strategies.
