Job Description:

We are hiring 2 experienced Process Trainers for our Tata 1mg Customer Service – Sales Process based in Noida. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in BPO sales training and the ability to deliver high-quality onboarding and ongoing training to customer service agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product/process training for new joiners and existing team members.
  • Deliver sales-focused training sessions to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and feedback.
  • Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address skill gaps.
  • Monitor calls and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement.
  • Keep training content and process updates aligned with client expectations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a trainer in a BPO sales process.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of customer handling and telesales techniques.
  • Ability to motivate and engage trainees in a learning environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
