Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer based in Noida. The Process Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions to new hires and current employees to ensure they understand the business processes, systems, and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating training effectiveness, updating training materials as needed, and conducting training needs assessments. The Process Trainer will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and consistency in training initiatives and support continuous improvement in process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • 1-3 Years of Relevant experience in working with BPO environment, Having experience in Voice / Non Voice processess (Email and Chat Programs)
  • Knowledge of business processes and systems
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and update materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training software
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
