Eligibility Criteria :-


Only Graduate (NO BE BTECH)

Min 18 months experienced in International Chat (Preferred in Insurance Background)

Package - Up To 4LPA Max

Shift - UK Rotational

Location - Bangalore RMZ


andatory Skill sets & Non-Negotiable (Need to have)

  • Working knowledge of Insurance Domain (P&C or Life)
  • Must possess strong English comprehension skills to effectively engage in client-led training sessions and understand process documentation.
  • A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute is required to ensure timely and efficient responses during live chat interactions.
  • Clear, confident, and spontaneous communication both written and spoken is essential to manage real-time customer queries and deliver high-quality support.
  • Basic computer literacy is expected, including the ability to navigate chat systems, troubleshoot simple issues, and use support tools effectively.
  • MS office working knowledge (Excel, word & ppt.)
  • Confident personality to interact directly with the customers
  • Will need to write scenario-based emails/letters to customers in response to the queries/requests received from Customers
  • Identifying when it is not possible to process a request, and follow the appropriate hand-off procedures internally and to UK support teams
  • Ensuring that compliance standards are met, regarding Data Protection
  • Focus on customer service and aim for zero complaints

Desired Skill Sets (Good to have)

  • Experience in creating process maps and departmental procedure manuals
  • New transition experience
  • Experience in doing quality audits and provide constructive feedback
