Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inbound and outbound sales, international customer support, and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle complex client requirements with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage and support customers effectively.
Provide exceptional international customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage and nurture relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Handle escalations and complex customer issues with tact and professionalism.
Shift Timings:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Additional Benefits:

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in an international customer support environment.
Experience in managing HNI clients is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in assigned shifts.
