Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support requests from international customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions using the appropriate software.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and manage follow-up tasks to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address complex inquiries.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and systems.
- Manage escalated complaints with professionalism and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills.
- Support the implementation of customer support initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
- Assist customers with account-related queries and transactions.
- Work on shifts to provide round-the-clock support if necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English is must.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse client backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems.
- Experience working in a multicultural team environment.
- Familiarity with international markets and cultural sensitivities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Availability to work varied hours according to international time zones.
