Overview The International Customer Support role is integral to maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction across diverse global markets. This position serves as the primary contact for clients encountering issues or requiring assistance with products and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming support requests from international customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions using the appropriate software.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage follow-up tasks to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address complex inquiries.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and systems.
  • Manage escalated complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills.
  • Support the implementation of customer support initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
  • Assist customers with account-related queries and transactions.
  • Work on shifts to provide round-the-clock support if necessary.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluency in English is must.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse client backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using technology and computer systems.
  • Experience working in a multicultural team environment.
  • Familiarity with international markets and cultural sensitivities.
