Role Overview

As an Associate – International Customer Support (Voice), you will handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, resolve queries, and provide a seamless service experience. The role requires excellent communication, adherence to service quality standards, and the ability to meet productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and support via inbound/outbound voice calls
  • Provide accurate information and solutions as per process guidelines
  • Maintain service levels and quality standards
  • Ensure punctuality, attendance, and compliance with company policies
  • Build positive professional relationships and maintain customer satisfaction

Eligibility

  • Education: 10+2 (Freshers eligible) / Graduates (Freshers eligible)
  • Experience: 0–2 years in international voice/customer support
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication, awareness of telephonic etiquette, typing speed with basic computer navigation, customer-centric mindset
