Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, troubleshooting product-related issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and ensure smooth communication across channels like email, phone, and chat.

This internship will give you hands-on exposure to customer engagement, problem-solving, and service operations in a fast-paced startup environment. It is an excellent opportunity to build strong communication skills, develop empathy-driven customer handling, and gain real-world experience in client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions, following up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring professional and clear responses.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Someone willing to work in the office for 6 months of duration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
  • Good to have technical knowledge related to the company's products/services.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, they will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 fixed + ₹ 10000 variable)
