International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Summary

The International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist global customers with their inquiries, issues, and service requests. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by effectively communicating in English, resolving problems promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards and international client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Immediate Joiners Only

Any Undergraduate / Graduate

Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process Mandatory

Strong Communication Skills

Flexible to work at Rotational Shifts

Those who are staying in Bangalore are preferred
