We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety professional for a full-time, mid-level position based in Coimbatore. The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the construction safety domain. This role involves ensuring the highest safety standards at construction sites and managing risk effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • OSHA Compliance (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to understand and implement OSHA standards and guidelines in a construction environment.
  • Incident Investigation (Mandatory skill): Experience in conducting thorough investigations of safety incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrences.
  • Risk Assessment (Mandatory skill): Skilled in evaluating potential risks at construction sites and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  • Hazard Identification: Proficiency in identifying potential safety hazards on construction sites and addressing them promptly.
  • Safety Training: Ability to develop and conduct safety training programs to educate workers on company policies and practices.
  • PPE Management: Efficient management of personal protective equipment to ensure availability and compliance on site.
  • Monitoring Compliance: Expertise in monitoring compliance with safety regulations and actions to rectify non-compliance issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing safety reports and interaction at all levels.
