Job Description:

Role Summary



The Civil Engineer will be responsible for execution and monitoring of construction projects in real estate and infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires strong technical knowledge, compliance with local building codes/TNRERA, and effective coordination with stakeholders.



KRA: Task / Activities



- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.- Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimations.- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.- Ensure compliance with TNRERA guidelines, local building codes, and environmental regulations.- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.- Implement quality control, safety standards, and sustainable construction practice.

KPI: Performance Metrics



- % adherence to project timelines vs. schedule.- Budget compliance and cost variance.- Quality audit scores and safety compliance.- Timely submission of reports and documentation.- Stakeholder satisfaction (internal & external).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or equivalent design tools.- Strong understanding of structural analysis, construction materials, and site execution.- Ability to manage BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimation.- Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols.

- Experience with sustainable building practices.- Exposure to modern project management tools/software.
