Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Management: Lead, plan, design, and manage various civil engineering projects, including infrastructure (roads, bridges, utilities), site development, water resource management, and environmental remediation.

Technical Design & Analysis: Perform and oversee complex engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and technical reports using advanced software and engineering principles.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

Team Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design best practices and project execution.

Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary technical contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Manage permits, approvals, and construction administration processes.

Budget & Schedule Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D 2D

Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
