Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Civil Engineering based in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing civil engineering design, project planning, and the implementation of stormwater management systems. The Vice President will manage engineering teams, ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, and uphold compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders to align project outcomes with company goals and ensuring quality control at every stage of development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
  • Experience in planning and managing complex engineering projects
  • Knowledge of Stormwater Management systems and techniques
  • Leadership capabilities to manage Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industries is a strong advantage
