Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the Civil Engineer in various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and design the drafts, engineering reports and construction documents by using CAD and other civil related software's

Coordinate, support civil engineers by gathering and inputting project specifications, amendments, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in conducting research on materials, regulations, and best practices relevant to civil engineering projects and maintain the project databases, project documentation, work schedules,and tracking systems to monitor progress and submissions.

Coordinate scheduling of meetings and project timelines among team members, Engineers, Clients, and stakeholders.

Assist in organizing the project and maintaining budgets and ensure compliance with all engineering standards and safety regulations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Civil or equivalent is typically required. Some roles may prefer an associate degree or a certificate in administrative or civil engineering-related fields.

• 0 - 3 years of experience in administrative support or clerical work is preferred, especially in a construction or engineering environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

• Familiarity with civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Project Management tools) is a plus.

• Basic understanding of construction terminology and civil engineering principles.

• Strong organizational and Interpersonal skills
