Project Manager

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. This role involves managing the construction process from initial planning and design to project handover, ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless execution of the construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Lead and supervise the construction team, including subcontractors and construction workers.
• Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring they are qualified and complete work to high standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all project teams, both internal and external, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track project costs, ensuring that the project stays within budget.
• Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices and ensure they align with agreed-upon terms.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure that construction work meets all quality standards and follows design specifications.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction-related issues or delays promptly.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, ensuring milestones are met.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or obstacles.
• Report regularly on project status to senior management, including any issues that may impact the schedule or budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors regarding project progress.
• Provide regular updates on construction progress and resolve any concerns or conflicts.
• Ensure the project aligns with the vision and expectations of the hotel owner or management team.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before the start of construction.
• Oversee adherence to all regulatory requirements, environmental guidelines, and building codes.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Post-Construction:
• Oversee the final inspection and ensure all punch-list items are completed.
• Assist with the commissioning process and ensure the facility is ready for occupancy.
• Conduct a post-construction review to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.
• Have broad knowledge about MEP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hotel or commercial building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
