Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for complete project execution from foundation to handover — including civil preparation, steel erection, sheet laying, and client coordination.

This role demands technical depth, multi-site leadership, cost control, and client-facing professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute PEB projects from design release to final handover.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and timelines; create detailed execution schedules and resource plans.
• Lead and manage Site Engineers, Contractors, Fabrication & Dispatch teams for timely delivery.
• Conduct pre-start, progress, and completion meetings with clients and internal departments.
• Monitor daily work progress, site safety, and manpower deployment.
• Track budget vs. actual cost, material utilization, and project profitability.
• Coordinate between Design, Production, Procurement, and Site teams for smooth workflow.
• Inspect quality of erection, alignment, and finishing as per Infra Green SOP & QAP.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure client satisfaction with timely solutions.
• Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports, photos, and progress summaries to management.
• Oversee site documentation, contractor bills, client sign-offs, and payment follow-ups.
• Promote a culture of discipline, safety, and continuous improvement across all projects.

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong leadership and team-management across multiple project locations.
• In-depth understanding of PEB erection, civil interfacing, and finishing activities.
• Excellent client-handling and negotiation skills.
• Capable of reading and interpreting structural & civil drawings.
• Knowledge of QAP, BOQ, ERP reporting, and resource optimization.
• Confident communicator in English, Tamil (Malayalam/Hindi preferred).
• Ability to train and mentor Site Engineers and Supervisors.

Capacity

• Manage 10 to 15 live industrial projects simultaneously, each ranging from 25,000 to 100,000 sq ft.
• Responsible for delivering projects on-time, within budget, and to Infra Green quality standards.

Eligibility

• B.E / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in PEB / Industrial / Turnkey Construction Projects.
• Knowledge of ISO / ERP workflow and site documentation preferred.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites across Tamil Nadu.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Project completion incentive + travel reimbursement + performance bonus.
• Accommodation and local conveyance at site (as applicable).
• Long-term career path toward Operations Head / Regional Project Lead.

Work Timings

Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

(On-site presence required during erection / sheet-laying phases)
