Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.

Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the IT services industry, ideally with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and budget constraints.

Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at making critical decisions under pressure.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
