Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensure project quality, manage contractors, and support the delivery of residential and commercial projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work is executed as per design and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or structural issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in procurement planning and inventory management for construction materials.
  • Provide technical support during planning, design, and execution phases.
  • Report progress to Project Manager and highlight potential risks or delays.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in building construction (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
