About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager to lead strategic client relationships and drive business growth . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in integrated marketing communications, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver innovative, result-oriented campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and strategic partnership.
Account Strategy & Planning:
Understand clients business objectives and translate them into effective marketing and communication strategies.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and digital teams to deliver 360 integrated solutions.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee end-to-end campaign management from briefing to execution to post-campaign analysis.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined budgets and quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior servicing team members to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless workflow and creative alignment.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client portfolios.
Contribute to pitches and presentations for potential clients.
Performance Monitoring:
Track campaign KPIs, budgets, and deliverables to ensure measurable success.
- Prepare regular client reports and performance reviews.

- Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage large client accounts and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a client-first approach.

- Team player with leadership and mentoring skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 810 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising, media, or digital agency (preferably network agencies).
