Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Client Servicing Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
  • The Social Media Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing top-notch customer service, presenting social media strategies, and ensuring clients' social media campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Daily tasks include client interactions, account management, and developing and presenting client reports and updates.

Qualifications

  • The candidate should have Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills of minimum 1 year to 3 years .
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is mandatory
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations and reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or social media agencies is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
