Position: Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records.
  • Conduct on-field client visits for document collection and client servicing.
  • Handle scanning and filing of documents as per company procedures.
  • Manage portal entries and update client details in the system.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams over phone calls for smooth service delivery.

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Scanning tools)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to travel for on-field tasks (local area)
