Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices as appropriate.
  • Create and manage ad budgets and ensure they are being used effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
  • Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • To improve performance, continuously test and optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Identify opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (D2C experience is non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-com brands.
  • Strong analytical skills you live and breathe data.
  • Sharp eye for detail + proactive mindset.
  • Passion for growth & staying on top of digital marketing trends.
