About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to lead our inbound and outbound digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media posts, blogs and videos. This role requires expertise in planning and executing email campaigns, managing prospect lists, generating marketing content including blogs, social media posts and videos, and leveraging automation/AI tools to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end email campaigns, including promotional, informational, and nurturing sequences.
  • Manage and maintain email marketing lists: segment audiences, ensure list hygiene, and eliminate duplicates.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailjet, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, Instantly or equivalent).
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for subject lines, content, and CTAs to increase open rates and click-through rates.
  • Personalize messaging based on customer journey stages and behavior.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align email outreach with lead-generation goals.
  • Continuously improve deliverability and engagement metrics.

List Management & Database Operations

  • Regularly audit and update lead and customer databases.
  • Work with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) to integrate campaign data.
  • Create segmented lists for targeted campaigns based on industry, region, ERP system, or buyer persona.
  • Use AI tools to deduplicate, enrich, and validate data for better targeting.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Support content creation efforts including blogs, newsletters, videos and other marketing assets.
  • Manage social media presence with consistent posting and engagement.
  • Contribute to SEO efforts by coordinating keyword research and on-page optimization. (should we remove this since Gautham is doing this?)
  • Repurpose marketing content across channels to maximize visibility.

AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Use AI tools for content drafting, campaign automation, and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on AI-driven marketing trends and recommend process improvements.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or logistics industries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email template editing.
  • Exposure to marketing automation workflows and lead-nurturing strategies.
