  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting and interactions across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Run paid campaigns when required and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster online communities.
  • Track competitor activity and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like reddit, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
